Once one has a well-cataloged genome map of any organism, DNA harvesting is redundant. They are working on completely cataloging the human genome and then they'll start working on cloning deltas.

Maybe they somehow needed to find subtle differences that make some of us resistant and/or weak to stuff? 🤷🏻♀️ I am saying this because in most clinical trials, they do genomic studies to try to figure out why some people show side effects and some do not to certain pharmaceuticals.
