Yes! I started her on a probiotic for mood and I do think it’s helping . We also live in dreary Ohio , so the long dark winters are harsh .

We found with long winter's that Vit D3, more often, 5000 iu helps tremendously, and sometimes twice that or more if sick. Wish Id known about it long ago. 🙂. Helps mood, whole perspective, energy, bones, immunity. The sun vitamin. This is why our parents gave us Cod Liver Oil. Of course being outside at least a half hr a day summer or winter is also fairly necessary.

5-HTP with Vit C, also helps a lot for deep depression. Sorry. Ive repeated myself a little here. I think I need more Omega 3s . 😀.! We use Zinzino brand, it absorbs better.
